Dear Baltimore community,

We are writing to inform you of a community survey put forth by Behavioral Health Systems Baltimore (BHSB). BHSB wants to hear your concerns related to the behavioral health aspect of the Consent Decree in Baltimore. The responses to this survey will be reported directly to BHSB to help them understand what the community would like to learn about behavioral health and the consent decree. Please fill out the Community Survey on Behavioral Health and the Consent Decree by Monday, October 19th, 2020.
