Juneteenth: Baltimore Call to Action
Please join other neighbors and activists across Baltimore tonight in showing solidarity for Black Lives Matter and to promote systemic change.
On June 19th and 20th, starting at 8pm, please place one visible candle in your window at the front of your home as a symbol of recognition and solidarity. If you need/want an LED candle, volunteers will be distributing them from the front porch of the Church of the Guardian Angel (in Remington) from 4-6pm on Friday the 19th. At 8pm on the 19th, Rev. Barbara O’Sullivan will lead an online vigil on Guardian Angel’s Facebook page. Please feel free to join and post pictures of your luminaries shining through your windows.
